Our client, Tillotts Pharma AG (www.Tillotts.com), is a dynamic and well-established European gastrointestinal (GI)-focused pharmaceutical company. For our client we are looking for a Negotiator, Business Development & Licensing. This is an exciting international role within a non-hierarchical pharmaceutical company in Switzerland.

NEGOTIATOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & LICENSING

THE POSITION

The profile will fit to someone with 3-6 years negotiation experience in the Life Science Industry, ideally 2 years in Business Development or similar function. Practical contract compilation & negotiation experience is a must.

Her/His responsibility will be:
  • Out-licensing existing products: Asacol®; on a national - and Colpermin® on a continental basis, and products under development (Epanova® and others more) on a global basis.
  • Re-negotiating contracts with existing distribution partners or replacement partners
  • Identifying possible in-licensing projects (new pharmaceutical forms, complementary products, etc.)
  • Planning and leading commercial & legal negotiations
  • Negotiating new contracts/improved commercial conditions with numerous existing as well as new suppliers (for Asacol®, Colpermin® and Epanova®)
  • Organising the hand-over of projects to the Alliance Managers in Marketing & Sales
  • Participating actively in various inter-departmental projects
THE PROFILE
  • You are fluent in English, German is advantageous
  • Education: Commercial background is preferred University, Fachhochschule (FA), Bachlor, MBA (fulltime/part-time/mini) or similar discipline is preferred
